THE CHALLENGE

A staggering 35 million Americans have never left the state they were born in. Hyundai sought to change this number by encouraging drivers to rediscover the adventurous side of themselves and explore the world outside of their comfort zone.

Hyundai created an integrated campaign that showed the exciting life you can live and memorable adventures you can have together when you decide to leave the comfortable and familiar confines of your couch and seek new experiences on the road behind the wheel of a Hyundai SUV.

Filming in British Columbia, Canada, we captured inspiring footage of family and friends on outdoor adventures in Hyundai SUVs rock climbing, kiteboarding, camping and exploring together for the first time.

Hyundai Retail Sales Objective:
During the campaign run of October and November, Hyundai ended each month with SUV sales hitting at an average of 100% of objective.

Hyundai Brand Familiarity:

Hyundai SUV intender familiarity +11.3% YoY to 59% vs. 53% (2nd half 2018)
