Humans are biased. AI is worse. That’s why we launched Refacing the Future—a strategic initiative to confront and correct bias in AI. By rebuilding the datasets that train AI with equity and inclusion at the core—we’re working to ensure the imagery it generates reflects the full richness and diversity of real life. Our goal is to shift how content creators, agencies, and developers think about AI—making inclusion the default, not the exception. In collaboration with pocstock, 16 photographers, and 22 global agencies, we’ve captured BIPOC communities and curated more than 110,000 new images to help retrain AI from the inside out—fueling long-term, systemic change across the AI ecosystem.
